A lot has happened since our last post. Bonnie and Blake are engaged and getting married June 25th. I’m helping her plan decorations etc for it.
I had my first Mothers Day as a married woman and it was a beautiful day. Joseph surprised me with a gift. I was in the bathroom getting ready for church and he went into the bedroom to grab something out of his drawer. He comes back and gives me a hug from behind and hands me this little black box. I opened it up and inside was this beautiful brooch. It’s silver with a dozen small light blue and dark blue gems in it. So pretty. I didn’t even think he would get me anything. He is so sweet.
School is over for Joseph for the summer. He’s still working at UVU in Distance Ed and still enjoying it. He’s trying to teach me how to Play Dungeons and Dragons games and it’s really fun.
Were both trying this new diet. It’s called the Abs Diet. It doesn’t focus on eating less or eating specific foods… you eat what you like as long as it’s healthy for you and then you incorporate exercise into it and you lose weight, gain muscle, and Abs.
Anyways
Joseph’s birthday is coming up this next weekend and we’re going to be going out of town. We’re going to go down to Ephraim for their Scandinavian Festival; Joseph’s never been to it. Our best friend, Melanie Jones, (she’s the one who set us up together) has a place down there and we’re going to stay with her for the weekend. I also has family down there so it’s gonna be really fun.
Candace and Ray got a divorce. Things just didn’t work out between the two of them. Candace has moved up to North Orem and loves the single life again. She’s got a boyfriend now whose name is Mike. Ray has the house they lived in there in Payson. Don’t know what he’s going to do or what he’s up to but I hope the best for him.
We’re still very happy and very much in love with each other…
